The Florida Panthers, an NHL team, were preparing for their playoff run and wanted to create something meaningful for their Season Ticket Holders (STHs).
To recognize and reward loyal STHs with a unique, memorable collectible tied to the excitement of the playoffs.

With the playoffs approaching, time was limited. The team needed a creative solution that could be produced quickly and distributed efficiently within a short timeframe.

The Master Plan
Phase One March 25
An email was sent to STHs announcing a special offer for commemorative playoff tickets inspired by the Panthers’ 1996 season, with a clear response deadline.
Phase Two April
After an initial order of 952 tickets, momentum increased when a staff member’s tweet gained attention among fans, creating additional demand and leading to a second production run.
The Solution
Ticket Time Machine designed custom Stanley Cup Playoff commemorative tickets offered to STHs for $5 each. Each ticket included a personalized Section, Row, and Seat (SEC) printed on the back, turning it into a true collectible. Fans picked up their tickets during game days leading up to the playoffs.
